Come and Labour With Us

The crowd sees the preacher. Heaven sees the usher, the intercessor, the sound engineer and the counsellor at the altar. Every soul won is a team effort.

Who Is a Volunteer?

Ordinary People, Extraordinary Assignment

A GCTN volunteer is a believer who says, “Here am I, send me.” They are students, traders, nurses, engineers, retirees, artisans and stay-at-home mothers who have decided to spend part of their time, strength and skill on something that will outlast them.

You do not need a title, a degree in theology or years of experience. You need a heart that loves Jesus, a willingness to be taught and a readiness to serve where you are placed — sometimes in front of the crowd, most times quietly behind the scenes.

“The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few.”Matthew 9:37

Volunteering with us is also a discipleship journey. You will be trained, stretched, prayed for and grown. Many who joined as ushers are today leading evangelism teams and pastoring churches of their own.

Why Serve

Four Reasons to Say Yes

🌾

The harvest is ready

Jesus said the harvest is plentiful but the labourers are few. Every hand that joins means more people reached before the crusade lights go out.

🎁

Your gift has a purpose

Whether you sing, drive, code, dress wounds or simply smile at strangers — there is a place where that exact gift is needed.

🎓

You will be trained

Nobody is thrown in unprepared. Every team runs orientation, training and mentoring before you serve.

🤝

You will not serve alone

You are joined to a team, a coordinator and a WhatsApp community that prays for and encourages one another.
